As a member of our Support Team you will:
Our Support Team are always there for Move members and providers over the phone, email and instant chat messaging, so it’s a mixed role where everyone shares responsibilities!
Passionate about providing the highest level of service, you’ll seek to convert any disgruntled customers into raving fans and advocates of Move and our awesome providers. Additional to being awesome at work, you’ll act as a brand ambassador at all times, living and breathing the brand, in order to raise awareness of our company’s mission.
Personality is key. Enthusiasm, likability and a hard working, problem solving attitude are a must!
