You have full access to your payment report at any time.

Here you can track every payment and see a full breakdown of your attendances since the very start of your partnership.

The payment report is a great way to make sure all of your attendances have been recorded and for you to keep track of your payments. All payments are calculated on the 1st of the following month and there is a 7 day cooling off period that allows you to contact us if you wish to discuss anything on the report.

Please be advised that the payment report takes 24 hours to update.

Movers stay twice as long as other health and fitness customers on average, meaning more value for you in the long run.

We are focused on building real partnerships.  We take great pride in our place in the health and fitness community - and are committed to continuing to build and improve it.

Move members pay a monthly subscription to have access to loads of different activities and we split that revenue between the partners they attend. Our aim is to match what you currently receive from your monthly members.

Just like your direct membership, the more a member attends the slightly less you'll receive per booking but they're much more likely to stay active for longer.

The less someone attends the more you receive per booking however there's a greater chance this member will cancel.

The Move team is always on hand to chat through any payment queries you may have.

The Move platform allows you to advertise to thousands of prospective customers in your area. 

We’ll help you create a high quality listing to make you as discoverable and attractive as possible in our app.

You can also offer potential customers a free "taster" session to get going. This will promote your business to more customers looking to get active.

When you get signed up, we’ll be there every step of the way to help your listing be the best it can be.

We’ll get your profile live, set up ready to be paid, and work with you to decide on the best tactics to get new customers and new revenues coming in.

We’ll send you training information and we’ll start promoting your classes in our platform and on our social media channels.

You have total control over your Move earnings.

You can opt to receive payment within 10 working days. Once payment for the month is calculated (1st of each month), simply hit the withdraw button in your Move partner portal to receive payment within 10 working days.

Payments over £500 will be automatically transferred to your bank account at the end of the following month.

Payments under £500 will be banked as outstanding balance in your Move account. This will be paid automatically at the end of the month once the £500 threshold is crossed, or within 10 working days of your withdrawal.

Move integrates seamlessly with a variety of bookings systems including MINDBODY, teamup, Zingfit and Gladstone.
This allows Move customers to book your classes directly via the Move app, making it easy for them and you!
If you don’t use a booking system that we integrate with, you can accept bookings via email, text message or our concierge telephone service...up to you!
