What is Move At Home?

Move At Home is a great way to stay active and support your local fitness instructors!

  • £1/week and billed every 4 weeks at £4.

  • Live-streamed taster classes to try out lots of new activities, it doesn't matter where you are! Just look for the 'Live Stream' and 'Taster' tags.

  • Want to do the same live stream class again, or the class doesn't have a taster? Pay as you GO with up to 30% off additional classes 🙌

  • 1 month of premium FiiT membership included! FiiT gives you on demand workouts from some of the world's top trainers!

Where can I go?

You can visit any live stream activity on Move! Tasters are free, and you get one per participating provider. If you want to attend a venue that doesn't give a taster, or you've used your taster and want to attend again, you can pay as you go with a discounted rate - these are displayed clearly before you book.

What happens at the end of the 7 days?

Unless you specify otherwise, your account will renew onto the full Move At Home plan billed at £4 every 4 weeks. You can keep track of your renewal date and plan on your 'Account' at all times.

There is never any obligation to continue 😊 If you're not looking to keep your membership past the 7 days, just deactivate on the app or website before the end of your offer. 

How do I manage my account?

In the app or website, head to 'Account' and 'Manage Membership'. 

Here you can see when your offer will be due to renew, and you are able to cancel your account before the end of your offer if you do not want to continue with Move. You can also check out our other plans and select a different one to continue on if you prefer!

What are the other Move memberships?

We have other Move memberships that have more included sessions - perfect for if you want to attend the same classes more often!

What is FiiT?

FiiT is an app that gives you on demand workouts - HIIT, strength training, combat, yoga, mobility flows, pilates and breath work - they have a huge variety of classes you can do anytime, anywhere! 

We're super excited to team up with them and they are offering Move At Home members a FREE month of their premium membership (worth £20). Fill in the FIIT registration request that pops up on your Move account once you're set up on your trial, and your registration link will be emailed to you. 

If you decide not to continue with Move At Home after your 7 day trial and cancel your account, your access to Fiit will cancel also. 

If you want to continue with Fiit after your first month alongside your Move membership you can check out their plans online.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan? 

Absolutely! You can do this in the manage membership section. 

Can I start it at a later date?

If you'd like to take up this offer, but you're not quite ready to start, that's not a problem! Either revisit the sign up flow when you're ready, or once you've set up your account just contact our team - they'll be happy to help!

How do I get started and book activities?

Head to 'search' on the app or website, you can filter by day, time, also search for specific activities or venues! Tasters have a 'taster' tag on the activity image and when you go to book or check in, so you always know if a taster is available. There is also a 'Live Stream' tag so you can easily see what's on offer. 

Any activities that don't have a taster available will show the discounted pay as you go cost. This is also displayed on the activity image and when you go to book/check in. The pay as you go cost will be billed to the card registered on your Move account at the time of booking, and you can keep track of your payments in the 'Account' section.
